Order process

Ordering:
A lead time of 4 weeks is required  for orders or delivery date changes, which enables us to fill all orders in time.
Should a variety be unavailable you will be notified and we will suggest a substitute if possible.
Cancellations are only accepted 8 weeks prior to the scheduled shipping date with permission of Stuifbergen Export.

Delivery dates and minimum order:
Early January to early February, order before 27th. November, minimum of 100 plants per variety in multiples of 25, shipping from week 1, 2019.
Early February delivery and later, order before 14th. December, multiples of 25 plants per variety, shipping from week 5, 2019.
After 14th. December we only accept orders, with a minimum of 100 plants per variety in multiples of 25, tags limited available, shipping time by
mutual agreement.

Prices:
All prices mentioned in this catalog are subject to change without notice, price per each and in US dollars, F.O.B. Distribution Point.
Additional Inland freight will be charged:
- ordervalue: under $ 75,00 = $ 14,50
- ordervalue: $ 75,00 - $ 299,00 = 15%
- ordervalue: $ 300,00 - $ 999,00 = 12,50%
- ordervalue: > $ 1000,00 = 9,50%

Please check out your order confirmation to ensure you are aware of any changes that have been made.
Picture labels are available at $ 0.17 each, and should be ordered separately.
Picture labels are limited available for orders placed after 1st. January.

Terms of sale:
Payment net 30 days after date of invoice (date of arrival of shipment).
A service charge of 1,5% per month will be added to past due accounts.

Shipping:
Stuifbergen Export will offer you support and will assist you filing claims whenever possible.
A signed copy document of the receipt is required though.
Please note that in case of a freight claim all invoices MUST be paid under regular payment terms.
We will if possible re-ship the missing plants or issue a credit note.

Upon arrival:
We kindly request you to check, unpack and plant your product(s) immediately upon receipt.
Stuifbergen Export is not responsible for non-performing or loss of plant stock due to improper storage,
planting, use of pesticide or fertilizer, or any other growing conditions beyond our control.
Such claims will therefore not be accepted.

Claims:
All shipments travel at the risk of the buyer from distribution point to destination.
Claims due to mishandling, delays, freezing or heat damage should be made directly to the shipping company.

Claims on plant material and shortages must be reported within 10 days after receipt of order and be accompanied by a letter stating condition
of the plants, planting date etc. A photograph must also be included.
Claims sent in 10 days after order receipt must be accompanied by an agricultural analyses report outlining the problem and substantiating the claim.
Please note that claims will not be honored beyond 10 days from the date of invoice (= after receipt of order).

Quality:
Stuifbergen Export guarantees the plants to be true to name and in good condition when received.
All bare root plants are large #1 size divisions, unless otherwise stated.

Special requests:
If you wish to order varieties or sizes not listed please ask for possibilities. You may list them below.
Minimum order must be 100 plants per variety in multiples of 25.
